Service Description
Sensual Stretch is a class that was birthed out of my need to do something different with my yoga practice by infusing my own energy for my own reasons. My reasons? To look cool while fucking. Yep, that's my motivation. Your motivation can be simply to get into your body, to learn a way deal counter the freeze response often caused by anxiety, or just to get more connected with your sensuality and emotion. I am a certified yoga teacher so we will keep everything as safe as possible and this class will be tailored to your goals while keeping it juicy. INSTRUCTIONS: Please inform me in the notes at the time of scheduling of any injuries or challenges I need to be aware of. OPTIONS: -Bed Stretch -Floor Stretch -Yin/Restorative (extended time in poses while utilizing blocks, straps, and pillows) In Person Only Options (Inquire about price): -Ropes Session -Sensual Play Session We will begin and end with breath work, and yes we will definitely do savasana. Online & In person (Charlotte, NC only) options available.
Cancellation Policy
To avoid being charge contact us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule your appointment. Fees are non-refundable, but are transferable. If you have a no call/no show the fees are NOT refundable or transferable unless proof of an emergency is presented. Your time is valuable and so is ours.
