Savasana (sha-VAH-sah-nah) looks pretty easy right? That depends.
In this pose you are resting your body, but your mind may be quite active. This time is often used to process what you learned during your practice. Not a time to beat yourself up, but a time to learn how to apply your "mat lessons" to your life. As my teacher says, "The way you do something is the way you do everything." If you spent the class comparing yourself to others, you probably do that in life. If you were satisfied with both your better and best efforts on the mat, you are probably that way in life. Savasana is the time to process all of that.
Like much of what happens in yoga, there is more than meets the eye.
